Problem with one of domains

I am owner of digzip.com and we are receiving many files from localhostr.com all are spam and they are trying to slow down and overload our server. All these spam attacks are only anoying, usually our server peak load is on 25-30 % and when they start to spam us it goes to 35-40% (they are slow). It's not much but as i said it's anoying. I think that you should talk to the ovner of localhostr.com. Hope that we can resolve problems like this and that we wont be forced to take further measures. Thanks in advance...

I don't see how localhostr could "spam" you, but I can assure you that localhostr are not doing this. However, you may block 94.23.244.221 and 94.23.217.125 to prevent any traffic from the site reaching you.

I can send you the file with the list of ip and time from where and who did send files to my server. We have blocked both of the ip you have post here. First one we have blocked 5 min ago and second during the day. He is using proxy to go on our site but sending files from localhostr. We have logs that we can send you. I'm not sure, maybe you are the owner of that site or you have some security breach and someone is using your server to spam digzip.com. Can you check traffic stats for that server, because it sent lots of files today.
